About the conference
Food On Demand is exclusively focused on the off-premises restaurant and foodservice market. Our goal is to provide thought-provoking and insightful coverage of all aspects of this unique segment of the industry. Food On Demand provides unparalleled coverage on delivery, takeout, online ordering, ghost kitchens, virtual restaurants and much more.
As this market continues to grow, so do the concerns about the quality of the food when it arrives at the customer’s door. One of the most significant steps in the off-premises process that can influence that outcome is packaging. From the different types of packaging to keep fries crisp or ice cream frozen, unique catering packaging to the tamper-evident seals, there is a lot of utility to figure out. On top of that, there are regulatory and sustainability goals and requirements to think through. Of course, pricing and availability are equally important considerations in an era of multiple stressors and supply chain issues.
Packaging is a critical segment of the off-premises industry and one we constantly get questions about.
To help the industry answer all those questions, we have created the Off-Premises Packaging Summit as a forum for the industry to connect, collaborate, and construct new solutions specifically for the takeout and delivery market.
The summit will be a full day of sessions and panels discussing critical topics that can help restaurants NOW. In addition, we will host a networking reception, luncheon, and a full exhibit area to get hands on with various packaging products and accessories. We invite operators, packaging companies, packaging accessories, equipment manufacturers, catering groups, and industry allies to join us in Dallas September 26 and 27 for the first-annual Off-Premises Packaging Summit.
Thank you to our sponsors.
