Stephny is an industry leader with over 20 years of food packaging experience.      In her current role as Director of Product Management at Sabert Corporation, she is focused on team strategy and delivering new product development initiatives that meet the corporate goal to enhance and advance the way that people enjoy food.   Sabert Corporation is a global designer and manufacturer of innovative food packaging products and sustainable solutions for food distributors, restaurants & caterers, grocery stores and national food chains.

With equal experience on both the sales and marketing sides of the business, Stephny’s approach to innovation starts with the customer in mind.  Driven by the desire to uncover and meet the unique needs and values of operators and end users allows for more meaningful results.   Her current passion is seeking meaningful advancement of sustainable plastic solutions and other alternatives.

Stephny splits time between her home in Massachusetts and the Sabert Research and Development Center in New Jersey.  Outside of the office, she enjoys boating throughout New England and mentoring the next generation of female leaders, beginning with her two teenage daughters.
