Paul Macaluso, a restaurant industry veteran, currently serves as President & CEO of Another Broken Egg Cafe®, an upscale breakfast, brunch and lunch chain that specialize in Southern-inspired menu options and a robust menu of hand-crafted signature cocktails, and the winner of the 2020 FSR Breakout Brand of the Year.

Paul is an enthusiastic, hands-on leader with a 25+ year reputation for driving results at respected brands throughout the industry, including Taco Bell, Burger King, Sonic Drive-Ins, Moe’s Southwest Grill, McAlister’s Deli and Krystal.

Paul began his career as a Restaurant General Manager for Taco Bell and after various operations, franchising, and progressive marketing roles, he first realized his career aspiration of leading a brand some 20 years later, when he was named President of McAlister’s Deli in 2016. Paul joined Another Broken Egg Cafe® as President and CEO in November of 2019. He also serves on the Board of Governors for the Restaurant Technology Network.

He holds a BS/Communication and an MBA from Florida State University.
