At the center of Papa Johns’ digital transformation, Zach focuses on optimizing delivery performance by bridging the gap between operations, marketing, and technology. He is currently instrumental in architecting the brand’s off-premise roadmap, leveraging data insights and technology.
A recognized authority on 3rd party delivery and last-mile, Zach is dedicated to building scalable, guest-centric solutions that meet the rapidly evolving expectations of the modern consumer. His work ensures that delivery remains a primary engine for revenue growth while maintaining the operational efficiency required for franchise success.
Prior to joining Papa Johns, Zach served as Director of Off-Premises at GoTo Foods, where he oversaw the first- and third-party strategy, marketing, and delivery operations for a portfolio of brands, including Auntie Anne’s, Cinnabon, and McAlister’s Deli. His leadership in the space earned him a spot on Nation’s Restaurant News’ 2024 Reader’s Power List.
Zach’s deep expertise is rooted in his early career at Uber Eats and Uber Direct, where he built global partnerships with global brands such as McDonald’s, Shake Shack, Inspire Brands, and Yum Brands. A frequent industry voice, he has appeared on the Food on Demand and HNGRY podcast and serves as a guest lecturer at the Northwestern University Transportation Center, a leading interdisciplinary hub advancing the future of transportation and technology.
