Angela Coppler is the Head of Development for Cousins Maine Lobster, where she enjoys playing at the intersections of restaurants, mobile food units and technology. She has been leading all facets of Development for CML, defining and driving the execution of brand strategies that unlock growth through new units and new franchisees. Angela has an extensive background in restaurants, retail and brand strategy working for Fortune 500 companies like TJX, Limited Brands, and Wendy’s. Prior to CML, Angela spent 14 years leading various aspects of brand strategy and global development for The Wendy’s Company. During her tenure, she laid the groundwork and drove execution of a multitude of development programs that enabled brand evolution through new franchisees, accelerated reimaging, non-traditional development, and new growth platforms like mobile food units and dark kitchens.
