Jennifer is the CEO of Main Squeeze Juice Co., a brand that’s redefining health and wellness with every bottle, bowl, and smoothie. Main Squeeze Juice Co. are the trailblazers in the nutritious lifestyle movement and Jen is leading the strategic growth of the brand. A seasoned branding and franchise executive, Jen is known for her ability to redefine brands, drive strategic growth and deliver shareholder value. Having led aggressive expansion and turnaround initiatives with a diverse range of top ranked franchise companies throughout North America, her extensive experience includes more than 30 years as an executive in top brands across the foodservice industry in traditional and non-traditional sites. She has served as an international executive with experience in 13 countries. 

As the leader of the Main Squeeze Juice Co. Jen strategically put people and processes in place, supported by new branding, product rollouts and implementation of digital media avenues to achieve a 31% sales trend change within a few months of arrival, sustaining this positive trajectory to outperform the industry category in traffic growth.

Prior, Jen led the successful execution of the brand redesign of The Melting Pot, a global polished casual fondue restaurant chain. She guided the organizational delivery of an evolved restaurant concept for the franchise brand, adding new reimagined locations and leading the team delivery of the award-winning menu, food, and beverage development, delivering a sustainable sales and profit growth.

In previous roles Jen delivered innovative growth for Tim Hortons U. S. franchise development and U.S. non-traditional development, by implementing proven digital and re-branding strategies, bringing in the IFA, Veterans Franchise Initiative in the U.S., growing non-traditional locations, and driving new franchise owner conversions. She also launched grocery CPG in the U.S. for Tim Hortons. She also led the expansion of one of Dunkin Brands top markets, growing topline revenue, adding new franchise locations, on-boarding new area developers, and leading the team responsible for the highest number of multi-brand combo locations in the U.S. during her tenure.

Jennifer has been a trailblazer throughout her career, guiding numerous brand redesigns and successful new market entry in domestic and international markets to lead successful organizational development. She employs servant leadership by supporting the career growth of others through mentoring while making an industry impact by volunteering in philanthropic roles and serving on boards.
