Meredith is the CEO of Empower Delivery, a software company that enables restaurants to take control over their delivery profitability and guest experience. Empower Delivery offers a complete end-to-end operating system that connects the consumer, driver, product and kitchen journeys, coordinating and optimizing activity for maximum effectiveness. She also serves on several boards, including that of Modern Restaurant Concepts.
Over the last five years, Meredith has met with every major restaurant company, food-tech company, real estate company, and VC investor who is exploring the online food revolution to co-author the book “Delivering the Digital Restaurant: Your Roadmap to the Future of Food.” She and co-author Carl Orsbourn released a follow-up book, “Delivering the Digital Restaurant: The Path to Digital Maturity,” in February of 2023. She is the co-host of The Digital Restaurant, a podcast about the latest news in restaurant technology.
Meredith has spent over a decade in restaurants with both Fortune 100 companies (Yum! Brands, owner of KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell) and startups (Google-backed Kitchen United and Empower Delivery).
