Director, Off Premises Dining Operations
Jessica is currently the Director of Off-Premises Dining Operations with the iconic international brand P.F. Chang’s. Jessica uses her experience from her 15-year tenure in operations from Server to Area Director overseeing Northern California to lead creative and innovative strategies that grow OPD sales.
In Jessica’s current role she is the driving force behind the expansion of the OPD business including growing 3PD partnerships while also launching and maintaining an in-house delivery program across the brand.
With a desire to be a lifelong learner and teacher, Jessica received a Master of Arts Degree from California State University, Sacramento in History.
While her heart will always be in California, Jessica, her husband and 2 children live in Phoenix, AZ.
