Previously, as Senior Director of Off-Premise at Fogo, he launched a profitable off-premise revenue channel. His leadership roles at Del Frisco’s, Cheddars, and Romano’s Macaroni Grill have solidified his reputation for revitalizing operational processes and boosting workforce performance through comprehensive talent development strategies. Eric’s skill set includes cross-functional team leadership, business planning, and project management. Living in Dallas, Texas with his husband and their two rescue dogs, Eric enjoys hiking, traveling, and staying active.
