In 2002, at the age of just 23, Pedro “Pete” Mora opened a Mexican restaurant with a full bar and 60 tables. As Pete watched the restaurant’s catering services totally crush it, he realized something: customers crave not only bold and authentic dishes but also the convenience and comfort of enjoying those dishes in their homes.
In 2008, Fajita Pete’s was born in Houston, Texas—an instantly popular fresh fajita chain specializing in the catering and delivery of fajitas.
From rescuing boring office parties to delivering for first responders during hurricanes, Pete would spend the next decade earning his reputation by seeing just how far one man will go to share his passion for delivering flavor, quality, and convenience.
