Andrew Custage

Head of Research Insights, Medallia

Andrew Custage is the Head of Research Insights for Medallia. He leads a function using both behavioral and survey-based research datasets to deliver groundbreaking analysis to the food service industry and beyond, first with Sense360 before its acquisition by Medallia in 2020.

In addition to serving some of the biggest brands across restaurant, retail, CPG, and other industries, he has also hosted over 100 webinars on industry trends. His analysis / commentary has been featured in publications like the Franchise Times, NRN, QSR Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, NPR, Forbes, Fortune. He has also been featured as a speaker and panel moderator at conferences like Food on Demand, OnTrend Ghost Kitchen Conference, and the Advancing Research Conference.

Andrew is an alumnus of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is currently based in South Florida.
