Rajat is the co-founder and CEO of Boston-based Incentivio, the leading intelligent guest engagement platform for restaurants and virtual kitchens that helps brands take control of their guest journey by strengthening engagement, brand loyalty and increasing revenue through machine learning. Incentivio partners with the leading POS, fintech and delivery companies serving thousands of locations in North America, rapidly growing to become a market leader in its space.

Prior to starting Incentivio, Rajat was an early engineer in the dot-com era at a Massachusetts-based fintech startup that was acquired by Siebel/Oracle. After that, Rajat started Aeturnum, a technology services company with 250+ engineers and offices in the U.S. and Asia focused on building platforms for startups in the U.S. and Europe contributing to the successful exit of five of those to the top 30 fintech and commerce companies.

Rajat is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in electrical engineering and started his career consulting in the mutual funds industry with a keen interest in data warehousing and predictive analytics.
