Cynthia Hollen

Cynthia Hollen is a retail technology innovator with a 20-year track record of creating Omnitailing solutions that bring great shopping experiences to consumers across channels and platforms. In 2021, she co-founded Mavi.io, the maker of the in-car retail marketplace powering OnMyWay™ commerce in consumers’ favorite connected cars.
Hollen also founded Omnitail Strategies, a digital retail innovation firm which creates profitable integrated shopping experiences around the world. Her experience working with dynamic brick-and-mortar and e-commerce retailers and brands straddles technology startups, private equity and investor firms, and many household names across fashion, consumer brands, finance and platforms.
She previously served as US President of ESW, overseeing the company’s US expansion and bringing leading beauty, leisure and luxury fashion brands to buyers in over 200 countries. Hollen’s earlier experience includes founding and serving as CEO of KStrat and KStrat Ventures, a strategic e-commerce advisory business and investing arm – innovating e-commerce with companies from Bloomingdale’s to Zegna – that she sold to a public global system integrator, and serving as CEO of the world’s largest online luxury marketplace, Luxury Trading Club. She also co-founded SocialExtract, a multichannel social CRM service. Hollen serves on the boards of retail and e-commerce technology companies and holds a BA from Barnard College and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
