Kimberly Carducci

Director of Catering, Freebirds World Burrito

Kimberly Carducci has been on the Catering Team with Freebirds for over 5 years, starting as a Catering Sales Assistant and now the Director of Catering. In her current role, she leads the Catering Sales Team and Catering Operations, guides the direction and strategy of the program, and continues to work on events ranging from 10 to 10,000 attendees. Her professional background includes roles in social event management, hotel management, and property management. In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys performing with the Austin Ukulele Society, playing disc golf with friends and family, and relaxing at home with her husband. Kimberly graduated from Angelo State University in 2015 with a degree in Business Administration.
