Bernadette is the Managing Editor for Food On Demand. She brings with her years of prior experience as a multi-media journalist in the broadcast industry. Her role consists of leading the editorial direction for Food On Demand and creating content that covers the intersection of food, technology and mobility. She also helps build the company’s annual conference and hosts various panels and virtual events.
