After a 15-year career in brand and international franchise marketing at global giants like Pizza Hut, KFC, and TGI Fridays, Olga identified a critical gap in the industry: while restaurant chains are proficient at collecting customer data, many lack the specialized skills to translate that data into revenue. This insight led her to start Restaurant Loyalty Specialists (RLS), a boutique loyalty consulting firm.
RLS provides expertise in Loyalty and CRM for restaurant chains ranging from 20 to over 800 locations. Olga’s core methodology is simple but powerful: identify what guests already value and deliver it to them at scale. While the firm is platform-agnostic, Olga and her team work within any modern loyalty and CRM platforms such as Punchh, Paytronix, Thanx, Marigold and many others to drive measurable sales growth.
Olga was born in Moscow, Russia, and has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, and the US in the course of her career. She holds a Harvard MBA and a Georgetown LLM.
