Lucy Logan is Co-Founder of EveryBite and a recognized restaurant-technology innovator with nearly 20 years of experience in nutrition intelligence, menu data, and guest personalization. She leads the marketing strategy and storytelling behind SmartMenu®, a dynamic digital menu platform that transforms static menus into personalized guest experiences. SmartMenu is live in 7,500+ restaurant locations and has powered more than 8 million guest preferences, delivering measurable results for operators, including higher online ordering conversion and revenue lift driven by dietary, allergen, and lifestyle-based menu filtering. Lucy is also the founder of FoodCalc®, one of the hospitality industry’s most trusted nutrition and ingredient analysis platforms. Their signature product MenuCalc supports 200+ restaurant brands, totally 40,000 locations, and is built on a database of 350,000+ ingredients to deliver fast, accurate nutrition, allergen, and regulatory reporting.
In 2022, Lucy successfully sold a CPG-focused ingredient analysis platform and shifted her full focus to advancing foodservice innovation through EveryBite and SmartMenu. Lucy’s career has been defined by a mission to ensure every guest—regardless of dietary needs, allergies, or lifestyle preferences—can confidently find a meal that fits them, while operators gain the data needed to drive smarter marketing, higher conversion, and stronger guest loyalty.
