New York’s Burger & Lobster restaurant is launching what it calls the “first-ever hot, full-size” lobster delivery in the big city. Announcing the news on Valentine’s Day, the British-born restaurant brand is hoping fresh Atlantic lobsters become a tempting fixture at its two NYC locations.

In its own words, promoting the new service, Burger & Lobster says the promotion is bringing New Yorkers “something they’ve not yet had the luxury of experiencing” from the comfort of their own homes.

“The decadent dining hotspot has taken the best of its offering—fresh Nova Scotia lobster—and designed a perfectly curated delivery—inclusive of a 1.5-pound full-size lobster, fries, salad, a “shuckaneer,” lobster bib and hand wipes,” the release read. “New Yorkers can now enjoy a full lobster at home with a simple order through their delivery service of choice.”

“Being the first in the city to deliver a full lobster that arrives hot was no easy task, but we’ve made it happen and are happy to provide this service and deliver what New Yorkers want so that they can have our lobsters on-demand when they want them,” said Vladimir Borodin, US CEO of Burger & Lobster.

Lobster delivery will be offered through Seamless/Grubhub, UberEats, Caviar, DoorDash and Postmates delivery services.
