Director, Brand and Customer Research, ezCater
Madison Edwards is the Director or Brand and Customer Research at ezCater, where she leads the research team to deeply understand our customers and partners and ensure that the brand and product are grounded in these insights. Prior to ezCater, Madison led research teams in the auto retail and tech industries, completed her MBA at IE University in Madrid, Spain, and her BS in Commerce and Cognitive Science at the University of Virginia. Outside of work, Madison is an avid reader and dog lover.
