A new service from Marqii is billed as a one-stop digital operations platform to help hospitality businesses manage and automate responses to online reviews. Called Managed Review Response, the new service claims to save operators time and money by creating personalized responses on Google, Facebook and Yelp.

Powered by a combination of artificial and human intelligence, Marqii said the new feature set is aimed at restaurants, bars, ghost kitchens and virtual brands to deepen their customer relationships by providing one central place where they can efficiently respond to their reviews.

Managed Review Response automates the process, so operators can focus on other aspects of their restaurant operations. The Marqii reviews team will collaborate with restaurant teams to create response templates and guidelines that meet the restaurant’s brand voice and SEO goals, and will handle the complete process from monitoring reviews to creating regular reports on performance analytics, response trends and keywords.
