With more than 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry—including 30 years in franchising and over two decades in executive leadership—I bring deep operational and strategic expertise to the food and beverage space. Over the course of my career, I’ve opened and directed the launch of more than 500 locations, while leading complex negotiations with distribution partners, Group Purchasing Organizations, suppliers, and manufacturers.
A recognized leader in restaurant innovation, I have spearheaded the implementation of advanced technology solutions, including mobile applications, labor and inventory management systems, drive-thru optimization, kitchen display systems (KDS), and KPI-integrated platforms.
I’ve led research and development programs for all LTO and equipment ideation, developed and taught LSM programs for franchisees, and currently sit on the Customer Advisory Board for Square Block.
I graduated from LSU in 1990 (yes, I went to school with Shaquile O’Neal – that’s one of my fun facts!) I just celebrated my 20-year anniversary with Ballard Brands/PJ’s Coffee/WOW Cafe and Wingery! I am a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) class of 2019, and was inducted into the PJ’s Coffee Hall of Fame in 2024.
