Scott and his team are responsible for solution design and delivery, as well as customer success, technical support, and professional services. Scott’s focus is on creating the optimal order pickup solution for each client’s unique needs, integrating it into their existing technologies and operations and helping them achieve greater efficiency and security while providing the best experience for their customers.
Prior to his current role, Scott spent 10 years with Apex in Sales Engineering and Technology partnership roles. Previously, Scott worked with startups in various growth stages, as well as with Xerox in a variety of managed and professional services functions.
