Par Technology is offering operators a new AI-powered “coach” assistant.
“Coach AI” will be embedded directly into Par’s product suite. Unlike AI add-ons, Par AI-powered features are built into the core of Par’s products, such as its POS, back office, loyalty, drive-thru, and payments systems, with no technical training or new apps required.
“We’re going AI native, embedding it into everything we do. It’s not about building tools anymore, it’s about owning the workflows to drive new outcomes within existing processes. The result? Automation that’s not just efficient, but intelligent, driving unique outcomes that were unthinkable before Gen AI. Systems that don’t just respond, they anticipate, adapt, and evolve,” said PAR CEO Savneet Singh in a statement.
John Rankin, Senior Director at Charter Foods, said the tool has eliminated the need for spreadsheets and is on track to replace traditional business intelligence tools, ad hoc reports, and custom reporting.
Future AI features from PAR AI will include helpful suggestions to improve operations, voice ordering, live menu updates, targeted campaigns, and easy audience grouping using everyday language.
