Vicki Hormann is Executive Director, Off-Premise of Applebee’s® Grill + Bar. A seasoned leader, Vicki manages and develops an industry-leading team of off- premise experts driving a $1 billion line of business through innovation and technology. Her team is laser-focused on delivering the ultimate guest experience outside of the restaurant dining room, while also supporting franchise partners’ financial growth. Vicki and her team work on behalf of the brand to support their franchise partners who operate more than 1,500 Applebee’s restaurants nationwide.
With more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Vicki’s career began as an intern with VDM Management, a Little Caesars Pizza franchisee, where she rose to Marketing and Business Development Director. She continued her career with Buffalo Wild Wings as Regional Marketing Manager responsible for 400+ company and franchise owned restaurants before joining Applebee’s Field Marketing team nearly 10 years ago.
Vicki holds a bachelors degree in business administration with a major in marketing from Marshall University.
On a personal level, Vicki resides in Minnesota and enjoys spending time on the lake with her husband, Andrew, and daughters, Adeline and Nora. Most evenings she can be found at a softball field coaching her daughters’ teams.
