Paul Stoltz is the co-founder and CEO of GETT, the “First-Party Everywhere” infrastructure built for agentic commerce. GETT enables restaurants to capture orders wherever consumers already are and process them via their existing first-party online ordering system. Restaurants reclaim the customer relationship and own the data while protecting margins.
After playing football at the University of Delaware, Paul kicked professionally in the Arena and Indoor Football Leagues before moving into restaurant technology, where he has spent the past decade. As a leader at delivery startup JoyRun, he played a pivotal role in driving growth until the company’s 2021 acquisition by Walmart. Paul stayed on at Walmart after the acquisition, helping build and scale its internal restaurant ordering capability.
Paul lives in New Jersey with his wife, Nicole, and their 3-year-old daughter, Paisley, with baby girl #2 arriving in January 2027.
