Vice President of New Store Openings & Culinary Execution, C3
Vincenzo Rossy serves as Vice President of New Store Openings for C3 by sbe, overseeing all store openings as well as the domestic and global launches of popular C3 brands including Krispy Rice, Umami Burger, Cicci di Carne, Sam’s Crispy Chicken and more. Helming operations, Vincenzo develops strategic and tactical plans for both C3’s new brick and mortar restaurants, as well as launch of virtual restaurant brands via digital and partner kitchens.
Vincenzo brings over 10 years of experience. In addition to overseeing C3’s expansion, he recently led the opening of C3’s new Citizens New York culinary market and Citizens Miami. Citizens New York’s two-floor, 40,000 square foot immersive culinary destination will include culinary market kiosks powered by C3’s global food-tech platform and offering a range of fast casual options ranging from modern American to Asian-fusion. Citizens Miami’s 26,000 square foot Culinary Market, which is in partnership with the internationally known Brightline conglomerate, opened on November 8th to the public with the area waiting in anticipation.
Continuing to propel C3, Vincenzo is currently involved in leading launches for C3’s newest brands including EllaMia, Sa’Moto, Kumi, Cicci di Carne, Plant Nation and El Pollo Verde, as well as expanding the footprint for established brands Umami Burger, Sam’s Crispy Chicken, Krispy Rice, Soom Soom Fresh Mediterranean, Cindy Lou’s Cookies and more.
In addition to his leadership post with C3, Vincenzo has also extensive culinary background as a chef. Additionally, he worked for OTG, developing and operating restaurants and retail markets in airports throughout North America that were free-flowing, tech-enhanced spaces that maximized comfort prior to flying.
