Incentivio, a digital guest engagement platform designed for restaurants, recently announced the launch of Loyalty Pulse, a reporting suite aimed at transforming the way brands understand, measure and grow loyalty performance.
Loyalty Pulse uses a structured “Acquire → Activate → Engage → Retain → Drive Revenue” framework directly connecting guest behavior to business outcomes, according to a Dec. 10 release. The offering seeks to give operators deeper insight than traditional loyalty reporting metrics by offering visibility into every stage of the loyalty lifecycle.
“Operators know loyalty matters, but they’ve never had a clean, end-to-end way to see what’s actually working,” Sash Dias, chief operating officer of Incentivio, said in a statement. “Loyalty Pulse changes that. It turns fragmented data into a clear narrative operators can act on, so they can diagnose friction, optimize campaigns, and accelerate revenue with confidence.”
Incentivio dubbed the new suite “a new standard for loyalty measurement,” mapping the journey from membership growth to repeat purchase behavior to longer-term revenue contribution. It enables operators to easily identify drop-offs and target areas where improvements may yield the largest financial impact.
The unified view, Incentivio proposed, provides a simple process for brands to address complex questions, such as determining which promotions drive incremental revenue and comparing locations against system averages. Without such a service, manual data stitching across systems was required for those answers.
The suite highlights relevant trends for restaurants, such as visit frequency, average order value, offer engagement and member sales contributions, which can help teams better understand both the number of guests participating and how those duets drive sustainable revenue.
Incentivio’s new service provides location-level benchmarking through features that allow brands to compare performance across sites and identify over- and under-performing locations. Additionally, Loyalty Pulse assists operators in evaluating which initiatives drive meaningful engagement and in helping teams detect when it may be necessary to adjust offers and promotions.
Other capabilities of Loyalty Pulse include early warning indicators for emerging trends and friction points, with corresponding actionable guidance that leads to increases in engagement and revenue.
“Loyalty Pulse isn’t just reporting. It’s the connective tissue that allows brands to understand how loyalty influences revenue across every channel,” Dias said. “For the first time, operators can see the story behind the numbers and proactively act on it.”
While Loyalty Pulse is already available to Incentivio customers, additional features — including dashboards, funnel stages and expanded data visualizations — are planned for release throughout 2026.
