Marqii has launched a new dashboard experience specifically geared toward hospitality businesses.
The dashboard includes improved review insights and analytics as well as four new review management integrations with OpenTable, Uber Eats, GrubHub, and ezCater, among other features.
Marqii is a digital operation platform used by more than 10,000 restaurants. It gives users the ability to centrally manage online reviews, listings, and menus. Marqii can also save operators time by automating updates to information such as online menus and business hours.
This updated dashboard experience includes analytics and review insights such as keyword breakdowns and sentiment analysis. These features allow users to see trends and also find areas for improvement. Users can also compare feedback from on-premise reviews vs off-premise reviews.
Marqii Co-Founder and CEO Avi Goren said that the company used feedback and requests from thousands of clients to develop the new dashboard.
