Cassie Duval is the Director of Catering at Mo’Bettahs, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. In her role, she is instrumental in driving the continued growth and success of the catering program by optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting scalable expansion for one of the fastest-growing brands in the industry.
Prior to Mo’Bettahs, Cassie spent nearly a decade as Director of Catering at Cafe Rio, where she led a high-performing team of catering sales managers and partnered closely with operations and call center teams to expand catering sales across more than 160 locations. Her leadership played a key role in the development of an integrated ordering management platform that connected Aloha and Salesforce as the CRM, streamlining the customer experience and enabling long-term, sustainable growth.
