VP of Operations, Flower Child 


Dave Luz is a restaurant executive with over 30 years of experience scaling organizations and developing people. His journey began as a server at The Cheesecake Factory in 1993, when the company had just five restaurants. He rose to Area Director of Operations in Boston by 2007, then broadened his experience as VP of Operations at Clover Food Lab, a healthy fast-casual startup. That role prepared him for his current position leading Flower Child, a healthy fast-casual brand under Fox Restaurant Concepts, acquired by The Cheesecake Factory in 2019. Dave and his team have since positioned Flower Child as a centerpiece of The Cheesecake Factory’s next stage of national growth, with a projected runway of 700 locations across the U.S.
