Joel Montaniel

Joel Montaniel is the CEO and co-founder of SevenRooms, a guest experience and retention platform that helps hospitality operators create exceptional experiences that drive revenue and repeat business.

Prior to founding SevenRooms in 2011, Montaniel served as the chief of staff at LivePerson, leading strategic, operational and culture initiatives. He started his career at Credit Suisse within the Real Estate, Finance and Securitization Group. He graduated with a B.A. (Hons) from Georgetown University.
