When PAR Technology acquired analytics provider Delaget a month ago, it knew it had upped its data game. And now it’s offering to do the same for operators with PAR OPS, a new platform designed to help operators make sound daily decisions around staffing, food costs, delivery reconciliation, and more.

“We want to give operators a solution that simplifies complexity,” said Savneet Singh, CEO of PAR in a statement. “While the industry has invested heavily in the front of house, we’re doubling down on the back of house.”

PAR OPS combines PAR’s back-office system with Delaget’s analytics expertise. It is designed for multi-unit operators, franchisees, and enterprise brands. It helps them track delivery data and facilitate loss prevention, use AI to predict sales and optimize labor, access customizable reports. The platform also delivers multi-language functionality and support.

“With PAR OPS, we’re equipping franchisees and operators with the tools to dive deeper into their data,” said Jason Tober, general manager of PAR OPS. “By integrating delivery data alongside food and labor costs, operators can make smarter, data-driven decision not only to stay competitive but drive profitability.”

PAR’s technology serves more than 200 brands across 38,000 locations.
