My Place Hotels of America has partnered with Grubhub to offer food delivery options to guests. Delivery is made directly to the hotel, including a $0 delivery fee on eligible orders.

The chain is the most recent hotel brand added to Grubhub’s hospitality partners. Others include Homewood Suites, Sonesta, and Choice Hotels.

Matt Campbell, COO of My Place Hotels of America, said, “One of the highlights of travel is savoring the local cuisine and exploring new flavors, and now My Place guests will have the chance to enjoy those options from the comfort of their hotel room without having to pay delivery fees.

Through the partnership, My Place guests can order on Grubhub via geolocation and QR codes around each property, directing them to the Grubhub Marketplace.

Guests are able to order from Grubhub using geolocation or QR codes displayed around each hotel. Hotel location and courier drop-off information autofill for an easy user experience.

Patrons who say they are staying at My Place will get Grubhub+ for free for one month. This loyalty program provides customers with $0 delivery fees on all orders of more than $12.

My Place has long been providing convenience to its guests with features such as rooms with fully equipped kitchens. With this amenity, guests are offered the ability to store and reheat leftovers.

Rob DelaCruz, vice president and general manager of Onsite Hospitality at Grubhub, said that this integration will make it “easier than ever” for guests to have meals, snacks, or convenience items delivered to their hotel. “When you’re on the road away from home, the last thing you want to deal with is finding great restaurant options in a new place,” he said.

The partnership between Grubhub and My Place is available at all participating hotels in the U.S.
