As VP of Solutions & AI Transformation at Science On Call, she leads support operations optimization and drives AI solutions for the company’s 24/7, platform-agnostic restaurant technology support service, which today serves over 1,000 locations nationwide. Because Science On Call isn’t tied to any single vendor, Francesca’s team works across the full landscape with POS systems like Toast, Square, Revel, NCR Aloha, and PAR; integrators like Olo, Chowly, and Lunchbox; delivery platforms like DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats; plus loyalty, scheduling, and more.
That platform-agnostic vantage point gives her an unfiltered view of where tech stacks break down for operators where integrations clash, where vendor support gaps leave operators stranded, and where the real friction lives when teams are evaluating or switching partners. Francesca helps design the AI-powered automation and intelligent tooling that helps Science On Call’s frontline team resolve issues efficiently, leads adoption while delivering an improved employee experience.
Before Science On Call, she spent 14+ years in Cyber Security, traditional IT and startup operations, building 24/7 support organizations from scratch at companies including KoolSpan, where she served as VP of Professional Services traveling globally across EMEA and LATAM, and Director of Technical Support at Vaultive. Her approach to technology is simple: it should work for the people using it, not the other way around.
