Chief Concept Officer, Savory Restaurant Fund
Alonso Castañeda is the Chief Concept Officer at Savory Restaurant Fund. He is focused on delivering outsized returns through expansion and replication strategies for Savory’s high-growth portfolio of brands. He leads the strategic oversight of brand initiatives, brand campaigns, and implementation of consumer-facing systems that enhance the guest experience across Savory’s 10 brands and almost 300 units. During his career, he has specialized in taking fast casual and polished F&B concepts and scaling them into 50-unit+ powerhouses. In 2024 — in addition to his role at Savory — and as a board member of Pincho he was named President of Miami-based PINCHO, a Savory brand that dishes up award-winning burgers and kebabs. PINCHO has locations across South Florida and is currently expanding into Houston, Texas. Additionally, Alonso sits on the National Restaurant Association MEG’s steering committee, is an advisory board member for Branded Hospitality Venture F&B Tech fund and Board Member for CRISP POS Systems.
