Stuart, a last-mile logistics specialist, has partnered with delivery platform Orkestro to increase both customer satisfaction as well as delivery speed.
The Orkestro platform uses digital SLAs and Modern APIs to join e-commerce businesses with last-mile delivery solutions. Stuart connects businesses to high-quality independent couriers to allow for next-day, same-day, and on-demand delivery.
Both companies have a shared goal of enhancing the digital ordering and delivery experience.

Stuart was founded in Paris in 2015, and since then to company has grown to operate in more than 136 cities in the UK, , Poland, and Italy. Orkestro will add to Stuart’s capabilities by sourcing alternative delivery solutions during peak times and increased demand. Ultimately, this is expected to maximize coverage areas and continuously meet customer needs.
The partnership will allow businesses to use one integrated system to complete tasks such as accepting deliveries and managing online orders. Orkestro also cites its commitment to sustainability, as each delivery is not only efficient but also orchestrated to minimize waste.
