Andrew is an active private investor in early-stage companies, principally in the hospitality, media and technology sectors. He is also an investor in a number of venture capital and private equity funds and is a principal in two technology venture capital groups.

Andy is chairman of the Golenbock law firm and co-head of the firm’s corporate and food, beverage and hospitality practice groups. Besides leading one of the country’s premier food, beverage and hospitality teams, Andy’s practice focuses on the representation of private and public emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, private equity funds and strategic investors, including technology transfer and licensing, leverage buyouts, venture capital and “growth equity” financings, and joint ventures. Andy works with companies and funds in the fields of food and hospitality, consumer products, new media and technology, bio-tech, financial services, logistics, investment management, and communications.
