Wow Bao has partnered with Superorder to step up their digital customer service experience. The collaboration is also expected to optimize Wow Bao’s operations and drive profitability.
The fast-casual Asian Restaurant concept, is known for its potstickers, bao, and dumplings, among other food. Originating in Chicago, Wow Bao now has almost 700 locations in the U.S.
Superorder, an AI-powered performance management provider for restaurant chains, specializes in reputation management. The company operates in more than 200 cities with thousands of restaurant partners.
Wow Bao used Superorder’s suite of AI tools to achieve a 100 percent customer response rate in minutes. In turn, this has improved operations and strengthened their brand reputation across digital platforms.
