Paris Baguette, a global bakery-café franchise, is going all in on catering.
Known for its pastries, cakes, breads, sandwiches and salads, the chain has partnered with restaurant tech provider Lunchbox to launch a catering suite of online ordering and backend management tools across its 180 locations in the U.S.
By integrating Lunchbox’s catering solutions, the brand can provide a smooth ordering experience, for both small and large gatherings
Darren Tipton, CEO of Paris Baguette North America says partnering with Lunchbox is a “game-changer.”
“As we continue to grow and innovate, it’s crucial that we provide our guests with a seamless experience across all touchpoints,” he said, adding that Lunchbox’s technology will enable the brand to deliver the same high-quality experience in catering as guests receive in-café and online.
With Lunchbox, Paris Baguette receives a custom-branded solution, so online and app catering orders feel like an extension of the café. This also includes a catering order management system and reporting tools.
The online catering platform will feature a user-friendly interface and enhanced marketing tools, including automated emails, customer profiles, and detailed reporting to help caterers better connect with their audience.
The platform also simplifies order fufillment with a dedicated call center and a delivery dispatch system. The dispatch system works with all major delivery drivers like DoorDash and DeliverThat—to name a few.
“We’re excited to partner with Paris Baguette and bring our suite of catering solutions to such a beloved brand,” said Stefan Hertzberg, chief revenue officer of Lunchbox. “Our goal is to empower Paris Baguette to deliver a unified, powerful catering experience that aligns with their brand values and growth objectives. We look forward to supporting their continued success as they expand their catering services across the country.”
