Meredith Sandland is a strategist, restaurant executive and serial entrepreneur.  Meredith is the CEO of Empower Delivery, a SaaS company that enables delivery-centric restaurants to manage end-to-end deliver transactions through one platform that combines the consumer journey, the product journey and the logistics journey to orchestrate the activities of all.

Meredith has been recognized as a restaurant industry leader by Nations Restaurant News and Business Insider for pushing the boundaries of restaurant technology and illuminating the path for others to follow.  She the co-author of the award-winning book “Delivering the Digital Restaurant: Your Roadmap to the Future of Food” and “Delivering the Digital Restaurant: The Path to Digital Maturity.”  She also co-hosts “The Digital Restaurant” podcast.

Meredith was formerly the Chief Operating Officer at Kitchen United and the Chief Development Officer at Taco Bell.  Prior to becoming an operator in the restaurant industry, Meredith spent over a decade at Bain & Company.
