Gail currently serves as EVP, Chief Legal Officer, Chief People Officer and Corporate Secretary of Denny’s Corporation, with operations in almost all 50 states and in 14 countries, and approximately 4,000 employees. Gail is a frequently sought-after speaker on leadership, strategy, governance and compliance. She currently serves as a Director, Chair of the Compensation Committee and member of the Audit Committee, for AquaBounty Technologies, Inc., and is a member of the Board of Directors for Women’s Foodservice Forum. Over the course of her career, Gail has led the legal, human resources, compliance, enterprise risk management, governance, government affairs and real estate functions.
