ConverseNow, a voice AI technology provider for restaurants, has partnered with Adora POS to streamline the phone ordering process. Users of Adora POS can now access ConverseNow’s voice AI solutions.
Voice AI provided by ConverseNow caters to customers who would rather have a voice interaction as opposed to placing an online order.
Vinay Shukla, CEO and Co-Founder of ConverseNow, said that phone calls can be a problem for restaurants.
“While they open an important order channel, they can also divert staff attention away from in-store customers and order preparation. Automating phone answering with ConverseNow ensures that no call goes unanswered, preventing lost sales and maintaining customer loyalty,” Shukla said.
ConverseNow’s AI-powered virtual ordering assistants allow restaurants to automate order taking from channels such as phones and drive-thrus. Customers can place orders and have their questions answered as well.
Adora POS is specifically designed to streamline pizzeria businesses. Its POS offers both front and back of house features as well as multi-store features. The system also integrates with food service applications such as DoorDash and Grubhub.
