Jacob Ortiz is an experienced operations and workplace services leader with more than 13 years of experience across hospitality, hotel operations, and corporate workplace environments. He currently serves as a Metro Workplace Lead for Accenture, bringing a strong service-oriented mindset, operational expertise, and people-first leadership to delivering high-quality workplace experiences. Jacob has led teams of up to 70 employees in fast-paced, multi-site environments and has lived and worked in Kentucky, Texas, and California. A graduate of the University of Houston, he is passionate about developing future leaders and creating workplaces where people and business thrive. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys sports, traveling, and discovering new restaurants.
