Last year saw many restaurant brands embrace value pricing. GRUBBRR, the self-ordering technology and automation vendor, evidently observed this and said, Hold my beer.
GRUBBRR is marketing a new message to clients: if you don’t achieve your desired return on investment, our service is free. The brand is calling it the GRUBBRR Guarantee. If agreed-upon metrics are not met in a given month, fees for that month will be waived. A company just needs to sign up for GRUBBRR’s services before May 1 and the guarantee takes effect after three months of service. To qualify, a client would need to share point-of-sale data weekly and implement GRUBBRR’s playbook.
