Perse Faily is the CEO of Tillster, a leading unified commerce platform for multi-unit chain restaurants globally that enables restaurant brands to drive sales across all ordering and delivery touchpoints, deliver personalized experiences and increase guest engagement and retention. She is passionate about supporting restaurant brands in their digital transformation. She led the first rollout of kiosks in the US in 2008. Perse has been an advocate of marrying the physical and digital experiences that guests have with restaurant brands to provide an “always on” personalized and convenient experience. She has been recognized by QSR Magazine on its list of Digital Disruptors.

With over 20 years of experience, Perse has been an entrepreneur and venture capital investor, leading investments for Sid R. Bass Associates, an evergreen venture capital firm, in commerce platforms and security companies. Earlier in her career, she worked with a number of investment firms in devising strategic growth plans for portfolio companies. She began her career at Bain & Company.

Perse has a BA in Economics and Political Science from Duke University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She was an Olmsted Fellow at the School of Advanced International Studies at John Hopkins University where she completed graduate work in economics and technology policy.
