Beth is the vice president of marketing for Modern Market Eatery and Lemonade Restaurants,
steering contemporary marketing and branding efforts for two Modern Restaurant Concepts
brands.
Joining Modern Market in 2014, Beth built the marketing department and company’s branding
from the ground up. Her passion for marketing and brand-building stems from the beginning of
her career on the agency side. She spent eight years developing and leading clients’
award-winning marketing and public relations strategies in various industries, from world-class
professional sporting events and major medical facilities to celebrity book launches and quickly
growing restaurant brands.
After falling in love with promoting healthy, made-from-scratch food, Beth moved in-house as the
public relations and local marketing director for one of her clients – Garbanzo Mediterranean
Grill. There she led progressive media relations, garnering attention from publications like
Entrepreneur, The NewYork Times and more, along with sales-driving digital and traditional
marketing and advertising programs.
While with Garbanzo, Beth helped launch the company’s franchising efforts nationwide. She
managed franchise development advertising and public relations, marketing training, restaurant
opening marketing support and ongoing marketing assistance and oversight to all franchisees.
When not ideating about new traffic-driving, sales-building or brand-development opportunities,
Beth can be found hiking in the Rocky Mountains with her husband and dog.
