Nick Petrocci currently serves as the Director of Off Premise for the fast-casual brand, Zaxby’s, an Atlanta-based fast-casual chicken fingers chain that has grown to 950 locations across 16 states. Nick leads an Off Premise Growth team focused on the health of digital ordering channels including the custom-built, proprietary Zaxby’s mobile apps and website alongside the 3rd party delivery marketplaces. Nick leads the Fulfillment Product Management arm for the brand and alongside the Product Development and Delivery teams, is focused on the brand’s aggressive approach to its digital transformation efforts. The Zaxby’s app was named the “Fastest Growing QSR App” in the country in Q4 2022.
Previously, Nick served on the Grubhub-acquired LevelUp team. He was a Senior Technical Brand Manager and worked with restaurant brands from different verticals on building out their mobile apps, loyalty programs, and CRM built within the Grubhub ecosystem. The brands in his portfolio were among the first to launch key features like native delivery, subscription reward models, direct-to-POS integrations, and multi-currency loyalty.
Nick holds his bachelor’s in marketing from Georgia Southern University and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Florida. In his spare time, he enjoys swimming, spending time with friends or family, or walking a nearby trail with his dog, Jupiter.
