Eric Ferguson

Eric Ferguson is the chief operations officer at Grubhub. In this role, he oversees Grubhub’s delivery and restaurant networks, including partner acquisition and ongoing success; customer care; corporate accounts; and campus ordering. Prior to this role, Eric served as senior vice president of logistics. Eric has more than 15 years of experience in the field and previously worked at Amazon for more than a decade in its transportation department. He also worked for Sears Holdings Corporation, where he led its supply chain, inventory management and product sourcing department. Eric received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
