For 10 years, Korey has been a noteworthy leader and industry recognized strategist in the Digital Marketing, Mobile App & Loyalty space. She launched her career at NASCAR Digital Media, where she managed the NDM International, paid-Digital portfolio and fan database. You may also know her work from Bagel Brands, where she aided in the creation & launch of Schmear Society and the collective Brand portfolio of Bagel Brands Apps, including Einstein Bros. Bagels Mobile App.

Even more recently, as Director of Engagement for Taco John’s, she’s taken on the full suite of Off Premises Sales Programs, including Delivery, Catering, and retail Gift Cards. Korey has transformed the brand with a digital-forward strategy that has brought incredible value to the 55-year-old chain and has ultimately modernized the Midwest-based Mexican quick service restaurant. Her unique perspective on marrying technology, personalization, and ease of use has elevated Taco John’s digital channels to their highest reported sales and transactions yet.

Korey holds a M.S. in Media Management & Digital Marketing from Southern Illinois University where she played D1 collegiate tennis, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism through Digital Communication, also from Southern Illinois University. She currently resides in Denver, Colorado.  

Her recent accolades include Top 30 Women in Food 2025 issued by Lunchbox and Young Restaurant Leaders Class of 2023 issued by QSR Magazine.
