Senior-Off Premise Manager, Condado Tacos
With almost 20 years of hospitality experience, I have had the opportunity to wear many hats. I got my start as a food runner at a small town Indiana local bar and immediately fell in love with the guest experience. As time went on, I was given the opportunity to move into the world of serving, bartending, and eventually operations management for a regional upscale casual concept. I spent 3 years moving around the Midwest and opening new restaurants before I was given the chance to come back to Indianapolis and begin an amazing career with Condado Tacos. As both a front of house and heart of house manager, I grew in my passion for both the guest and the staff experience. In 2023, I was given the opportunity to move into the rhelm of catering as the local sales manager. Through working with my teams and offering top guest experience, I found great success and was promoted to Senior-Off Premise Manager in 2024.
